BUZZCUT are on the lookout for a visionary Director to lead the organisation; fostering true innovation & risk taking within radical performance practice in Scotland.

As a project funded organisation, we do not have guaranteed regular funding in place. Therefore, this role is initially a temporary freelance contract, to work with current organisational Director Karl Taylor to build local connections, travel to international Festivals & fundraise & design your vision for BUZZCUT’s future. The continuation of this role is dependent on this successful fundraising effort, resulting in a PAYE 2 day a week position from May 2025.

Initial Freelance Contract: 22 days between October 2024 - May 2025 (£4400) + international research trip expenses
Ongoing role (PAYE): From May 2025 (Currently 2 day a week) £30-34k pro rata depending on experience
