What's the ground like beneath your feet. And who owns it? Who owns Britain?
Come and eat with me. Over zoom, we'll prepare and eat a tasty snack together. A tasty snack called a pani puri, or a golguppa, or a yumitssodamngoodwhatisthis. A treat you can only eat all in one go, no hesitating, no holds barred. And while we prepare, we'll open up some questions and ideas. My hope is we'll both go away with more to think about.
Jo Tyabji is a writer, director and performer. They are Associate Director of Milk Presents and founder of Graphite & Diamond. Past performance includes Borders (The Cocoa Butter Club, Sitara Studios Mumbai, Somerset House), Cocktails Before The Revolution (Razed & Confused/ Something To Aim For) and An Urgent Queervention on Antisemitism and Islamophobia (Tate Exchange).
Created and performed by Jo Tyabji
With thanks to Bejal Desai and Yvonne Strain.

This one on one performance involves preparing and eating your own Pani Puri. We have prepared the ingredients for you which must be picked up from Tramway box office in the south of Glasgow (directions) between 10:00 - 16:00 on Wed 2 June, or alternatively, an be delivered to people in Glasgow between 17:00 - 20:00 on Wed 2nd June.
Therefore, although the interaction takes place on Zoom, it is only for Glasgow based audience members, or those with easy access to Tramway.
The audio walk is available to everyone however, and does not require booking a slot.

BUZZCUT IS PAY WHAT YOU CAN
We have not charged ticket prices this year to keep the Festival as open access as we can. However, we encourage you to consider how much you can afford to pay to experience all the work in the festival. All funds will be used to support performance makers to develop new work.
